roof in rear - requires (2) strap sets

(4) Dufe Bags - (2) side by side in front, (2) side by side

in rear - requires (2) strap sets

1-Unthread the short strap piece from the center buckle on

the rst strap (Fig 1).

3-Run both strap pieces through the side d-rings of the out-

ermost Dufe Bag(s) (Fig 3 and Fig 4). Run the long strap

piece through the top d-ring(s) (Fig 3 and Fig 5). Make

sure the center buckle is facing up and the strap pieces

are not twisted.

4-Thread the short strap piece back through the center

buckle and tighten (Fig 6).

Car Top Dufe Bag Set Up Guide

The Car Top Dufe Bag comes with (2) straps that attach

side to side between the roof rack side rails (after you re-

move the Car Clips). Make sure the roof rack is anchored

to your vehice and don’t exceed its weight limit.

The correct attachment of this product is critical and

beyond the control of Rightline Gear. The safe use

and long life of this product depends entirely on

your good judgment and following these directions.

5-Repeat steps 1-4 for the second strap (Fig 7).

Pack The Car Top Dufe Bag

1-Pack the Dufe Bag full, close the zipper, and secure

the Velcro-close zipper cover.

2-Place items with sharp or pointed edges in the middle

and pack softer items around them.

3-Remove the handle straps of the Dufe Bag and place

them in the outer pocket.

4-Place the Dufe Bag(s) on the vehicle’s roof in one of

the following congurations:

The Car Top Dufe Bag straps can be used to attach the

bag(s) to vehicles WITH or WITHOUT a roof rack.

WARNING: DO NOT ATTACH STRAPS DIRECTLY TO

THE D-RINGS; DAMAGE MAY RESULT. THE D-RINGS

FUNCTION AS GUIDES FOR THE STRAPS, NOT AS

ATTACHMENT POINTS FOR THE STRAPS.

2-Attach the short strap piece to your rack by threading

its end through its loop and pulling tight (Fig 2). Go to the

opposite side of the vehicle and secure the long piece to

the rack by the same method.

Attach The Car Top Dufe Bag - WITHOUT A Roof Rack

On a 4-door vehicle, (1) strap will attach to the front door

frames and (1) strap will attach to the rear door frames.

On a 2-door vehicle, (2) straps will attach to the front door

frames.
